Custom-Made Products Most products sold by CraftX3D Studio are made-to-order or customized based on customer requirements. Because these products are created specifically for you, custom orders cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded once production has started, except in the situations described below. 2. Eligible for Refund or Replacement You may be eligible for a replacement or refund if: You received the wrong product. The product arrived damaged during shipping. The product has manufacturing defects. The product is significantly different from the approved design or specifications. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide: Your Order Number Photos of the product Photos of the packaging (if damaged) 3. Non-Refundable Items Refunds will not be provided for: Customized or personalized products. Minor layer lines or surface texture that are normal in 3D printing. Color variations caused by filament batches or screen differences. Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or modification after delivery. Change of mind after production has begun. 4. Order Cancellation Orders may be canceled: Before production begins. Once production has started, cancellation requests cannot be accepted because materials and production time have already been invested. 5. Replacement Policy If your request is approved, we may: Replace the product at no additional cost, or Issue a full or partial refund, depending on the circumstances. The decision will be based on our inspection of the issue. 6. Refund Processing If a refund is approved: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Processing usually takes 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider or bank. 7. Shipping Charges Shipping charges are generally non-refundable, except when the return is due to our mistake or a damaged/incorrect product. 8.
